All products remain Blue Billie ́s property until full payment is made. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. All transfers conducted through bluebillie.com are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption. Please read the terms & conditions for the payment gateway chosen for the transaction as they are responsible for the transactions made.
Limited to the purchase price of the product you purchased. Blue Billie is not responsible for any indirect losses, which happen as a side effect of the main loss or damage.
The Site may contain links to other websites beyond our control. We cannot be held responsible for content or privacy policies of such sites.
Information on the Site
We do not guarantee that the content of the Site is at all-time free of inaccuracies or typographical errors. Neither do we guarantee that all information is up-to-date. Blue Billie may at any time change the content of the Site.
Our liability for losses you suffer as a result of us breaking this Contract is strictly.
All refunds will be carried out primarily through the same payment option you used for your purchase. Expect the refund within 10 working days from the date that the package reached us.
Returns that are damaged will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer without a refund. We reserve the right to charge a shipping and administration fee.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping & Delivery
Blue Billie will handle your order within 24 h. Delivery time is 2-4 days in Sweden. Once your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email and information on how to track your package. When you place your order, a notice will be sent to you by email.
Please note that your order will be held at your service point for a maximum of 14 days. Upon not picking up your order, in which case it will be sent back to the Blue Billie offices, you will be charged a fee of 150 SEK. If contacting us claiming you still want your order, this fee will be reduced to 49 SEK, for shipping back. The delivery time might be delayed during holidays and the summer.
Blue Billie will handle your order within 24 h. We ship world wide. Delivery time is 2-5 days. Once your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email and information on how to track your package. When you place your order, a notice will be sent to you by email. Returns should be made within 14 days of your original order date. Fill out your reason for your return on the given return form. The items in your return must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. Items must have all tags attached. If you believe you have received defective or incorrect merchandise (style, size, or color), you must contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide a photo of the defect and keep all the packaging.
The customer is responsible for the shipping fees to return an unwanted product. If a defected/ or incorrect product has been sent, Blue Billie will provide you with a paid return label to ship back to Blue Billie and send you the correct/non defected item free of charge.

Exchanges should be made within 14 days of your original order date. Please fill out very careful in the return form what you wish to exchange your product to and write with clear writing. If you wish to trade for something more expensive will our support team contact you to pay the remaining value and if you change to something less expensive you will receive the difference within 10 working days.

Blue Billie is not liable for any non-performance caused by circumstances beyond our control, which directly or indirectly prevents, obstructs or renders production, delivery or freight uneconomical until such obstacle has been removed (force majeure). Such circumstances shall be deemed to include difficulties to procure raw materials as well as other difficulties and disturbances, including but not limited to war, riot, labour conflicts, fire, flood, storm, accident, fuel or power shortages, transportation shortages, obstacles or interruptions regarding transportation at sea and breakdowns or interruptions of any kind as regards to our equipment or facilities, which are deemed necessary for the performance of our agreements’ obligations.
