Returns

Returns should be made within 30 days of your original order date. If you want to return or exchange your item and live outside of Sweden the return shipping fee is not covered by Blue Billie, therefore you are responsible for covering the shipping fee.

Fill out your reason for your return on the given return form. The items in your return must be in original condition and unworn. If you believe you have received defective or incorrect product (style, size, or color), please contact us at [email protected] and provide a photo of the defect and keep all the packaging.

*Please Note: Customized Rings with an Engrave Letter can’t be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges

Please fill out the exchange form that you received with your order and let us know what you want to exchange for. Write with clear writing. If you wish to exchange for something more expensive our support team will contact you to pay the remaining value. If you want to exchange to something less expensive you will receive the difference within 10 working days.
