Returns & Exchanges


Returns should be made within 14 days of your original order date. Fill out your reason for your return on the given return form. The items in your return must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. Items must have all tags attached. If you believe you have received defective or incorrect merchandise (style, size, or color), you must contact us at [email protected] and provide a photo of the defect and keep all the packaging.

The customer is responsible for the shipping fees to return an unwanted product. If a defected/ or incorrect product has been sent, Blue Billie will provide you with a paid return label to ship back to Blue Billie and send you the correct/non defected item free of charge.

If you wish to trade for something more expensive will our support team contact you to pay the remaining value and if you change to something less expensive you will receive the difference within 10 working days.
