Swedish orders- Free Shipping & Returns

PLEASE NOTE: During mid July to mid August the delivery & return time will be a bit extended, and only shipping option is PostNord for Swedish orders and DHL for worldwide shipping.

POSTNORD, DHL & BUDBEE

Blue Billie will handle your order within 24 h. Delivery time is 1-4 days in Sweden. You can choose PostNord or DHL as delivery service all over Sweden. We also offer Budbee Home Delivery if you live in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Malmö, Helsingborg, Linköping or Uppsala for 70SEK.

PostNord will delivery to your mailbox at home. DHL will ship to your closest Service Point.

Once your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email and information on how to track your package. When you place your order, a notice will be sent to you by email.

Please note that your order will be held at your service point for a maximum of 14 days. Upon not picking up your order, in which case it will be sent back to the Blue Billie offices, you will be charged a fee of 150 SEK. If contacting us claiming you still want your order, this fee will be reduced to 49 SEK, for shipping back. The delivery time might be delayed during holidays and the summer.

DHL, UPS & BUDBEE

Blue Billie will handle your order within 24 h. We ship worldwide. Delivery time is 2-5 days. You can choose DHL or UPS as Delivery Service. If you live in Copenhagen or Helsinki we also offer home delivery with Budbee for 7€.

Force Majeure
Blue Billie is not liable for any non-performance caused by circumstances beyond our control, which directly or indirectly prevents, obstructs or renders production, delivery or freight uneconomical until such obstacle has been removed (force majeure). Such circumstances shall be deemed to include difficulties to procure raw materials as well as other difficulties and disturbances, including but not limited to war, riot, labour conflicts, fire, flood, storm, accident, fuel or power shortages, transportation shortages, obstacles or interruptions regarding transportation at sea and breakdowns or interruptions of any kind as regards to our equipment or facilities, which are deemed necessary for the performance of our agreements’ obligations.
