Orders made before 12:00 on weekdays (excluding holidays) are in most cases sent the same day and delivered the following day. Orders placed on Fridays before 12:00 arrives on Monday. Orders after 12:00 on Fridays until Sundays will be sent from our warehouse next Monday. However, the delivery time may vary depending on the amount of orders to expire and circumstances which Blue Billie can not control, such as delays from our suppliers.
Blue Billie ships worldwide and will handle your order within 24 business hours. When you place your order, a notice will be sent to you by email.
Yes all packages are trackable. When your order has been shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number.
All orders are packed using environmentally friendly, airlocked and padded envelopes.
Customs and import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. You may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel. Blue Billie has no control over these charges and we can’t tell you what the cost will be, as customs.
If you want to return or exchange your item and live outside of Sweden the return shipping fee is not covered by Blue Billie, therefore you are responsible for covering the shipping fee. The return should be made within 30 days from the day you receive your order. Fill out the reason for your return on the given return form. The items in your return must be in original condition – unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. Items must have all tags attached.
The goods are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they’re packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way.
For Swedish customers: Please note that your order will be held at your service point for a maximum of 14 days. Upon not picking up your order, in which case it will be sent back to the Blue Billie offices, you will be charged a fee of 150 SEK. If contacting us claiming you still want your order, this fee will be only 49 SEK, for shipping.
Exchanges should be made within 30 days from the date you receive your order.
If you wish to exchange an item, it needs to be of equal value. If you would like to exchange for an item of lesser or greater value, please follow our return instructions -Returns & Exchanges. If the item is out of stock in the size or colour you have opted for, a refund will be issued instead. Note that additional duties and/or taxes are not included.
Returns should be made within 30 days from the date you receive your order. Please fill out our exchange/return form and send it back to us along with the order. Refunds for returned merchandise will be made within ten working days of the return of the product using the same payment method.
