ABOUT THE JEWELRY

All of our jewelry is made out of recycled sterling silver. All jewelry is nickel-free and hypoallergenic.

What material does your jewelry consist of?

All of our jewelry are made out of solid 925 sterling silver and 14K gold plated, expect our collect lockers that are made out of high-quality brass.

Are your jewelries nickel free?

Yes. All of our jewelry are nickel-free and hypoallergenic

Can I shower with my jewelry?

You should refrain from showering with your gold-plated jewelry, because it eventually can cause the gold layering wear off completley.

How do I take care of my jewelry?

We advise you to keep your jewelry clean by using a soft cloth when needed find i here. Avoid your jewelry getting in contact with any oils, lotions, or perfumes. All our jewelry is nickel-free and hypoallergenic. To see our complete jewelry guide, please go to our care guide here.

How long does your gold plating jewelry last?

It all depends on how you take care of your jewelry, and how often you wear it. For best durability make sure to take off your jewelry before showering, remove your rings before washing your hands and don´t use lotions or perfume directly on your jewelry. Makes sure to storage your jewelry in the Blue Billie box for better durability. However, any surface treatments and platings wear out over time.

Can I use perfume and moisturizers while wearing your jewelry?

Our recommendation is that you spray your perfume on your clothes and let moisturizer dry before wearing your jewelry, as perfumes and lotions can vanish the gold plating

SHIPPING, RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We offer free shipping on orders above 150€ and free exchanges.

I received my order, but it is defect. What do I do?

If your order is defect, please send us an e-mail at hello@bluebillie.com with a picture of the product, and we will help you with the next step.

How much does shipping cost?

Sweden: 49 SEK

Rest of the world: 150 SEK

I have received the wrong order. What do I do?

If you have received the wrong order, please contact us and tell us about it. Afterwards, you must return the order and place a new order.

Can I return an item for an exchange instead of a refund?

No, if you want to exchange an item, you have to return your order and place a new order. Please see FAQ on Returns and Refunds and follow the steps.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

How do I know if you ship to my country?

If you are in doubt whether we ship to your country, please contact us at hello@bluebillie.com, and we will inform you.

My order hasn’t arrived yet – can you tell me where is it?

You can always contact us on hello@bluebillie.com with your order number, and we will track your order. 

Should I expect to pay VAT, taxes or other fees when placing an order?

All specified prices, delivery costs or other costs are including taxes, VAT & other fees within the EU. However, when ordering outside of the EU additional taxes or VAT may be added. 

How do I return my order?

We hope you love your Blue Billie jewelry as much as we do. But if you do want to make a return or exchange, note that we don't have return labels in our packages. Instead, you can create your whole return here. You can return your order for up to 14 days from receiving it.

You must ensure that the products are properly packed in the jewelry box and that they are in the same condition as they were received when returning them. We will refund your money, when we receive your order.  

You can also return the product physically in the Blue Billie store within opening hours if you have your order number or receipt.

What if I forget to pick up my order?

Upon not picking up your order, in which case it will be sent back to the us, you will be charged a fee of 150 SEK/15 euros.

Do you have a physcial store?

Yes, we do have a store in Stockholm, Sweden. Our store is located in Stockholm at Regeringsgatan 52.

Opening hours:
Monday-Friday 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Saturday & Sunday:Closed.

Our 14-day return policy applies to our store too.

Since the inception of our brand, we’ve collaborated with a small, family-run jewelry factory in Turkey, led by a founder who has over 21 years of experience in the jewelry industry.
