How to create a return

We hope you love your Blue Billie jewelry as much as we do. If you would like to return an item, please review the information below.

This Returns & Refunds Policy forms an integral part of our Terms of Service.

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Step One

Return Conditions

Returned items must:

  • be unused and unworn
  • be clean and free from damage or signs of wear
  • be returned in the original jewelry box and packaging
  • be in the same condition as when received
  • be sent using one of our offered return shipping methods

We reserve the right to refuse a return or reduce the refund if the returned item does not meet these conditions, in accordance with applicable law.

Return Fees

Return and exchange fees apply and will be deducted from your refund or charged in connection with the exchange.

Return fees:

  • 79 SEK / 8 EUR for orders within Sweden
  • 179 SEK / 18 EUR for orders outside of Sweden

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you have received a defective item or the wrong product, please contact us at hello@bluebillie.com as soon as possible.

Please include your order number and photo(s) of the item(s). We will assist you with the next steps.

Step Two

How to Get a Return Label

We do not include return labels in our packages.

To initiate a return, please use our return portal:

Follow the instructions in the portal to create your return. Once completed, you will receive a return label or a separate email with further instructions.

Step Three

Refunding your money

Once we have received and approved your return, we will issue a refund within 14 days.

Refunds are made using the same payment method that was used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

Can I return an item for an exchange instead of a refund?

No, we do not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to exchange an item, you must:

  1. return the original order in accordance with this policy, and
  2. place a new order separately.
